A:AnswerYes it can usually be done BUT you will have to remove it from your old dryer and connect it to your new dryer. BB delivery folks are not allowed to do that (probably a liability issue). So if you are comfortable doing that then OK. If you are not then it is well worth the $25 for a new cord.
A:AnswerYes, the door on the DV400EWHDWR can be changed to open from right to left. Instructions for reversing the door can be found on page 21 of the user manual.
