• Yes it can usually be done BUT you will have to remove it from your old dryer and connect it to your new dryer. BB delivery folks are not allowed to do that (probably a liability issue). So if you are comfortable doing that then OK. If you are not then it is well worth the $25 for a new cord.

• As long as it is a 30 amp power cord in good condition you can. This is the one with the wide three prong male connector where the horizontal tabs are offset at an angle on one end and a three wire connection on the other. Can't stress enough though, make sure the cord is easily bendable, not cracked, no pitting or corrosion on any of the connections!

• Thanks for the question. Samsung does not recommend reusing the power cord from an old dryer. It's also recommended that you have a qualified technician install the electrical wiring and venting to ensure it's done correctly and safely. - Ms. Samsung
