Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the heating element has burned out and will need to be replaced. Also, I read somewhere that if you're using dryer fabric sheets to stop using them, they build up an unseen layer on the vent screen that reduces the air flow causing heat build up and reduced element life. To check for this take the screen to a sink and try running water through it, if the water doesn't flow freely through the screen you've found the problem.
