“I purchased this same dryer for some reason when drying clothes it’s just stops after maybe 5 mins I keep having to go turn it on. This dryer is brand new it should not take me a whole day to dry my clothes and upset customer”

Try the “manual” setting side. The other side senses moisture and will turn off sooner or later depending on dampness
