• Hi The real question is what kind of Nuts have you been dealing with ? When removed from the original carton as shipped by Samsung there was only some styrophome pieces holding the drum in place no metal screws. Good luck happy holidays. Triarn

• We didn't get that advice and use no bolts. The washer runs great no problems with bin vibration.
