“Is it normal for this dryer to take FOREVER to dry a load. I will put the load on very dry heavy duty, high... it will say 1 hrs 7 minutes or so, and then like 2 hrs later it it still going and the clothes are not dry. I'm extremely disappointed right now”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any problems with this dryer. As a matter of fact...it dries ahead of the scheduled time. Maybe your dryer has some type of defect. Get it checked out by the Geek Squad if you purchased that protection.
