• It should be yes but it may not dry completely, What I would suggest you do is put it in the dryer on a regular full cycle take it out halfway through flip it around and then put it back in that should drive the whole comforter

• Probably not. A king size comforter would fit, but there would not be any room for it to tumble as it dried.
