“This dryer is not heating anymore. The dryer takes approximately 3 or 4 cycles to dry a load of laundry. I just purchased this dryer in March of this year. This is unacceptable.”

You may need to get your dryer duct cleaned - my unit is 6 years older and I just had this done and it’s working much better
