Hi there, Jessika! There are actually a few things that could cause your dryer to shut off before the clothes are dry, most of which can be very easily resolved. I have this link (https://bit.ly/3iFURfH) that can walk you through what steps to take to determine the cause, as well as how to resolve it. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Simple solution. The only way to really know is to use the timer that comes with the dryer if you notice the dryer has regular timers on it high low medium but you don’t know exactly how long that is the dryer also has timers on it I believe it’s 30 minutes 60 and 90… Use that option get out your smart phone and at the same time you put on the timer on the dryer match the time on your smart phone about 3/4 of the way through go and check on the dryer and see if it’s still moving if your a timer on your phone is still going in the dryer shut off then they may be a problem however it could also be a safety stop… this is when the dryer thinks that your clothes are dry and doesn’t need to go on anymore… However by using the method I suggest you might be able to “trick it” and force it to stay on maybe it’s not ideal and maybe it’s not the correct way to do it but if you’re past the point of warranty and the dryer still technically works then that may be a solution for you good luck!!!
