I can't solve your problem, but can add my similar problem. My Samsung dryer(on normal 40 minute setting)runs for about 2 minutes, then jumps to 1 minute and shuts off after that minute! It is not even 2 years old!!!! I'm almost 80 yrs old and recently sold my family home to move into a smaller, 2 bedroom home. I left my 25 yr old Maytag washer/dryer with my family home, and purchased this new Samsung washer/dryer! I'm so disappointed in the new washer/ dryer by Samsung!
