“DV210AEW is not drying I have connected the dryer to 120V. It runs the full cycle but it doesn't dry. There is no hot air coming out of the vent either. Does it need 220V? Why does it say 120V/220V when it cannot run on 120V?”

You need to get a converter to run the dryer on 120 volt - see ehow.com

The DV210AEW, like most full-size electric dryers, requires a 240V/60 Hz connection and dedicated 30 amp circuit in order to heat. The gas dryers, which rely on the gas supply for energy to heat, use a 120V connection. - Ms. Samsung
