“dryer made a pop when i turned it on i hooked my dryer cord up and then i turned it on and it stayed on for a few minutes and then it made a pop and wont turn on any solutions to fixing it”

Yes, contact Samsung to have them send someone out to fix or replace it. That sounds like an electrical problem.
