“Keep getting a C9 vent wrong or clog. We are new install had tech check installed even a plumber still getting this. Will work but NOT heat. We are so mad. All is cleaned out clean and hooked up right. Any over ride to this mess pls. Handicap lady upset”

I would hope that if your dryer is defective, that Best Buy will replace it with a new one! The Dryer does not get hot when the "Eco Dry" option is on! This option comes up by default every time you turn on. I set the dial to time dry and then push Eco Dry button to turn off this lighted option, then heats up Great.
