“The dryer is not drying, it takes hours to dry. .even at High temp the clothes come out just a bit warm. Did anyone experience this issue? Checking before returning... Thanks”

Unfortunately, yes. This gas dryer takes a lot of time and the clothes are not totally dried. I was told by salespeople that it was an excellent buy. I would not recommend this product or brand to anyone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you turn off the eco dry..just hold the button till it goes off...it is an annoying feature since it's a default setting. Would be better if you could just turn it on when you want it.
