“This dryer has stopped heating after 1-1/2 years. I have replaced heating element, thermistor, and control board, test voltage. Had a company come check everything I’ve done. They recommended the control board which was not the issue. Any other ideas?!”

You've already spent enough that you could have bought a new one. Control panel is your best bet. Have they checked the power from the panel to the heating element? The panels aren't cheap. Best bet to cut your loses is just buy a new dryer.
