“Why would the dryer turn off in 5 minutes no matter what dryer setting I have it on. Is there a time setting? How can I diagnostic it with my phone? It heats up but not for more than 5 minutes then goes to cool down.”

Normal setting has wet sensors and it will turn off if the setting is on less dry or if the garments no longer feel wet. I tend to use quick dry more because it doesn’t go by the dryers “sensors” and runs until it reaches the allotted time. To use timer settings it has to be on quick dry and select time to dry. I don’t know about phone diagnostics, I haven’t tried it with the dryer but know it’s useless with the washer so I doubt I’ll bother.
