QuestionHow can you bypass the sensor? we can't get bed sheets to dry completely, even after running multiple times it keeps shutting off with damp clothing or sheets.

- Answer Yes - but Best Buy charges extra to switch it. The dryer comes with the hinge on the right side when facing it - opening to the right.

QuestionCan you control the functionality of this device with your smart phone? It states that it's "App Controlled", but my dryer won't connect to any app besides to run a diagnosis.

- Answer We're sorry for the confusion. This model is only equipped with the Smart Care feature. As you mentioned, this feature is used for diagnostics. Some models do have a Smart Control feature which allows you to use your smart device to control the dryer. ^Jecca

- Answer H = 44 9/16" W = 27" D = 30 1/4" I would recommend getting the dryer vent kit. It makes installation so much easier... SKU/Model number for vent kit: BB = SKU: 9282812, Model: 5304471400 HD = Model: 5304492448 This kit includes everything you need to connect your dryer to the port that leads outside your dwelling.
