“Brand new but turns off and plays the end-of-cycle song after a few mins. The clothes are still wet. The only option to ensure that the dryer does not stop early is timed dry. The vent is cleaned and not blocked. Am I missing a setting or have a defect?”

I am having similar issues , we have to run the dryer two or three times just to dry a normal load of clothes Have put a call through Total Tech and they are coming to troubleshoot

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. Sadly, all those other settings are useless. The Eco feature is also useless unless you want your clothes to take 3 hours to dry. Just go timed dry and turn off Eco and youll be lucky if ut drys the first run.
