- Answer Hi there! Thanks for asking! As you are facing the dryer, the hinges will be to your right, and the opening will be to your left. However, Samsung dryer doors can also be reversed to open the opposite direction. QuestionI see in the customer interior photos that the dryer has cutouts for a drying rack. Does this unit come with it? If not, can I use a drying rack from my old Samsung unit or order the drying rack separately?

QuestionThis dryer “thinks” the clothes are dry and just turns off. How do I fix this??? I just don’t feel like it is drying the way it should.

- Answer I had this problem at first also, you have to make sure you're on the more dry setting and it does require you to fluff the clothes more than I had to in my previous dryer.

- Answer You do not need it to run the dryer. it will give you the option to remotely stop and monitor the progress of the dryer and it will send you notifications via the Smart things app when the cycle is complete or stopped for any reason

QuestionBrand new but turns off and plays the end-of-cycle song after a few mins. The clothes are still wet. The only option to ensure that the dryer does not stop early is timed dry. The vent is cleaned and not blocked. Am I missing a setting or have a defect?
