• Yes. Best Buy is great about that. They will recycle your machine. Just make sure to indicate that you need your machine picked up when delivering the new one.

• Only if it is an option you can select during checkout. This is tricky because you must select the installation of the new machine option to see on the next screen right before checkout the free take old machine away checkbox. Sales in the store can do it for you too if you don't see it.
