“Why are my clothes wet after the refresh cycle? When I use the steam cycles, refresh or wrinkle free, my clothes come out wet instead of dry. I am not putting in wet clothes. Is my dryer not drying properly?”

Clothes are slightly damp from the steam. I just do a short 5 minute dry afterward if needed.

Please try again later.Hi JB, When the water is sprayed into the drum, it's important that the Dryer can heat it enough to create steam, then run for long enough to dry the items. Please refer to page 24 of the DV42H5200GW User Manual for instructions on using these cycles, being sure to add only the recommended number of items (e.g., no more than 3 items recommended for Wrinkle Away).
