QuestionCan you assist on the hookups? Where is the vent and gas hookup on the left or right side? Assuming both on the bottom.

- Answer The gas hook up is on the right, but you should get a license installer or you if you buy from Best buy like I did. they have they own installer. Air vent is on bottom you can see where the vent hose attach to a big opening outlet.

QuestionIn one of your Q&A's you state that the LP conversion is included in the washer. THe specs say it is not. Can you clarify how one would get the conversion kit?

QuestionJust did my first load of sheets and not only were they totally wrinkled out of the dryer - they were twisted up in a tiny ball! So upsetting. Not dry and totally wrinkled. I tried multiple settings! Air dry - more heat - bedding - everything! NO LUCK.

QuestionWhat is the depth of just the base of the dryer? I see it listed as 31.5" but that may include space for the gas and exhaust ports. I'm asking because I have an old pedestal to set it on and want to know if it fits, not how much space I need total.

- Answer The water connection is optional. Initially mine had not been set up with the water connection because we did not have an extra water hose. I attached it later on so I could utilize all functions on the machine.

QuestionNot happy at all. I put much research into this purchase since I wanted a steam dryer with fully adjustable temperatures on the drying cycles. This product description states that there are 5 heat settings. Why can I only change temp on timed dry?

- Answer Hi there WIDryer! I'd like to help with this. Many of the preset cycles have preset temperatures that cannot be changed. Page 47 of the User Manual (https://bit.ly/32j0LIx) has detailed charts showing what settings can be changed on what cycles. ^Jecca
