- Answer Greetings! No, Samsung front-load washing machine models like this one do not have a Deep Fill feature or cycle. This feature is typically found on Samsung top-load washing machines. This model also does not include a Soak cycle, but it does have a Pre-Soak feature. By pressing the Pre-Soak button on the control panel at the start of the wash cycle, the machine adds 30 minutes of soaking time before the main wash begins. Leo

- Answer Hello there, This dryer model can be plugged into an optional cord with an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug, which are purchased separately. Suppose a power cord is not used, and the electric dryer is to be permanently wired. In that case, it must be connected to a permanently grounded metal wiring system, or an equipment grounding conductor must be run alongside the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on the dryer.
