“Dryer is taking too long to dry, not heating enough and clothes are coming out still wet and cold. Checked gas source OK, water hose OK, electric connection OK.... Is this something related to some set up or is it damaged?”

We've had similar issues and still haven't figured out a good way to adjust the settings. Would love to know how to improve performance as well!
