• Yes, it comes with it's own charging brick (and cable), which is bigger than the one that comes with the Note9 and/or GalaxyWatch - that is, the charging brick is a bit beefier. I assume this is bc it needs to be able to charge two devices, not one, as would be the case if you were using the stock charging bricks for either Note9 or GalaxyWatch.

• Yes the charging block is included in fact it includes one that’s quite a bit bigger than the one Samsung usually provides with Phones and charging mats.

• Included and you have to use the one provided to have it power both chargers.
