“Just got this tv, and the picture seems pretty dark compared to the 65” Samsung I replaced it with. Even with brightness turned all the way up. Anyone else experiencing this? Solutions?”

Not entirely sure but I have found that if you go to the settings menu, under ECO (?) settings, you will find an option to apply an eco mode to the brightness level which would dim the display greatly. I use this on occasion to limit the visibility of my display at night as I've got my tv placed near some ground-level windows. Maybe someone put yours on this setting?
