“This particular tv is not compatible with the Spectrum TV app. Both Spectrum & Samsung techs have told us that, and that they're working on this issue. Since we have Spectrum as our provider, can we work out an exchange?”

Oh, you can LOAD the Spectrum app...however, you will get dragging/lagging on the screen. Don't purchase this if you want to watch live tv or live sports. They can't fix this. Everything that's "moving" on the screen drags.
