Q: QuestionThis particular tv is not compatible with the Spectrum TV app. Both Spectrum & Samsung techs have told us that, and that they're working on this issue. Since we have Spectrum as our provider, can we work out an exchange?

• A:Answer Oh, you can LOAD the Spectrum app...however, you will get dragging/lagging on the screen. Don't purchase this if you want to watch live tv or live sports. They can't fix this. Everything that's "moving" on the screen drags.
