No we just updated the tv firmware update. Have you done this

Please try again later.I would recommend that you attempt to connect the Tv to a Temporary hotspot like a Cellphone or tablet for the sake of troubleshooting and see if the trouble with the tv is not just a connection issue within your carrier or possibly a firewall in the modem/router. I had something similar to this for my Samsung Fridge, which is why, I suggest trying a hotspot to connect, Good luck
