QuestionSo when I try to watch Disney plus and watch Certain tv shows , the screen isn’t fully on there. Best way to describe it is it has one black bar on the top and one at the bottom. I tried to change picture settings but it said unavailable. Any suggestions?

- Answer Yes. It may or may not void your warentee (I don't think so), but turn the TV OFF with the remote that goes with the TV. Then aim the remote at TV, press menu, mute, 182, and then power on. Wait about a minute, and secret settings will come up. Click on the logical tabs. Problem solved.

- Answer This TV comes with two HDMI inputs. I am not sure why you would want a HDMI splitter unless you wanted to display the same source on multiple TV's. The link I have included has HDMI splitters for exactly that purpose, meaning one source "feeds" multiple TV's.
