A:AnswerScrews do not come with it. I replaced my old TV and the mounting screws were different. I had to go buy different ones from the local hardware store.
A:AnswerBox is huge. You need to estimate almost 7' long by almost 4' high. It also weights 80 pounds which is not much but it is awkward to lift as the box is so large. I have a Yukon XL and I could get it in the back and have it at close to a 45 degree angle as they say not to lay it flay. Hauled it a hundred miles that way with no bad results. Packaging is great, well protected around the edge and sides.
