No, unfortunately, it does not. It's an amazing TV though!

Hi JG! There are no built-in cameras on Samsung Smart TVs; however, you can connect an external device with a camera such as a laptop via HDMI cable, or using AirPlay with an iOS device, or the Multiple Displays feature on a Windows device. ^Gina
