Hi Monty60 - the measurements are DIMENSIONS (INCHES W x H x D): • TV WITHOUT STAND: 65.9 x 37.7 x 2.4 • TV WITH STAND: 65.9 x 41.1 x 13.4 • SHIPPING: 72.4 x 44 x 7.8 • STAND FOOTPRINT: 2.2 x 6.9 x 13.4 • SPACE BETWEEN THE FEET/LEGS 52.4 It looks like you need 52.4" x 13.4 for it to fit - It should center well on your credenza. ^Cris
