“I bought your TV, the UN75JU7100 (our 3rd big Samsung back to back) and the picture is good, but the sound is atrocious. A lesser word would not be doing it justice, the real sound deficit this model has truly scares me. My 65"/8500 is very good.”

I had the same sound issue (lack of good volume) with my 75" Samsung, but it was never a major problem because I was planning all along to upgrade with a high end sound bar and amp. The sound is now fantastic, and the image quality of the Samsung is superb. With all TVs that size, it should be expected that you are going to immediately upgrade the sound (lots of options to do this).
