Q: QuestionHow long is the One Connect Cable?I have the one connect cable that is 2 meters long on my Samnsung UN65JS9500 and I HATE it. It does not allow for a good wall mount because everything has to run through the one connect box which means the one connect box has to be within a couple feet of the TV which makes a wall mount very difficult. I heard these have a 3 meter cable (about 9 feet) is that correct? I tried buying a longer cable from Samsung And they do not offer it. This is a bad design.

• A:Answer The one connect is about 9' long. I too tried to get a different cable from Samsung but they dont offer one. The one that comes with tv is not in wall rated. I needed to run cable thru wall to hide wiring. My solution was to leave the connector box behind tv(wall mounted) and then get in wall rated hdmi cables to run thru wall. Hopefully Samsung will offer longer and in wall rated one connect cable in future.

Q: QuestionHas the powercycling issue been fixed?I have a 75 inch Samsung I bought in Nov 2013. It has a power cycling issue and a red vertical line. Will this still be an issue or does it use completely different parts than the 2013 model?
