• Not sure of the exact dementions, however we have a full size truck bed and it fit. Do not lay it dow. Not recommended for these tv’s.

• You can't lay it down flat, so the box has to be standing up straight. Thus, only an open bed will work. I rented a UHAUL cargo van to get mine, which was worth the $29 cost of renting, and it worked perfectly, with no worries of rain.
