Unknown,most likely a geek squad question as i returned the tv due to defect in motion blur and tv screen turned off then comes back on, I have had a lot of Samsung tvs in the past and still do hope you have better luck as i think i just unfortunately got a lemon. The covid-19 with best buy makes it hard at this time to go see in store more tvs.
