A:Answer It is only ONE YEAR manufacturer warranty. For anyone buying a TV this expensive, I would suggest that you spend the extra money and get a warranty with it. Usually I don't buy warranties, but I bought a LG TV from BestBuy (brand new) and it failed at 11 months and 18 days (or so). SWEAR TO YOU. We were just a few days away from being out of warranty, and we have been very angry if that would have happened. It was my wife's TV and she barely used it, maybe 5 to 10 hours a week (if that). And, when we got it repaired, they said that the repair costs the same as what we paid for the TV. So, that TV was $1300, so if you want to be our big money, go without the warranty on these expensive TV's. Otherwise, be smart and get covered. That's my suggestion. Hope it helps.
