The stand takes the overall height of the TV from 37-7/8" to 39-1/4". If your soundbar is 2-1/4" high, then it will block a very small portion of the bottom of the screen. This may not matter depending on what type of content you watch. Most HDTV shows broadcast in fullscreen, so you'll see it there, but any Netflix or DVD content with top and bottom black borders, you won't see anything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the Q9FN sits much lower then the Q8FN. I had to mount my sound bar to the TV stand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.About 2 inches from tabletop. The screen goes to edge so a sound bar will obstruct especially since it will have to sit on top of the stand that protrudes about 12 inches and is about 3/4 inch high.
