• No it does not . Only Bluetooth or thru optical cable which is usually used for surround systems.

• I just bought a 75" LG Nano series 9 that has only an optical audio output. I'm in the same boat with hearing impairment and the need to use headphones. I bought an inexpensive Sony receiver with an optical audio input, and I plug my headphones into that. The sound works just fine through the headphones, but you do need the external receiver with the optical audio in, plus an optical cable to connect to the TV.

• I haven't used it, but I'm almost positive, in the menus there is a setting for sound delay.
