Hi Manny - The QN800A comes with a 2.5 meter One Connect cable and a 0.3 meter to use when you attach the Slim One Connect Box to the back of the TV. A longer version is not available currently. ^Gina

I remember there was a little concern by them about the length of the cord also but somehow everything worked. I would call Best Buy to talk to geek squad personnel. The only other thing I can think of is to watch a YouTube video. Both can be very helpful.
