Do we have to attach the stand out of the box null

Immediately hung mine on a wall Mount. Never used the stand

No, you do not need to attach the stand out of the box. if you are mounting the TV on the wall there is plenty of room to attach the brackets to the rear of the TV after unboxing is complete. Just leave the TV in the bottom styrofoam supports when attaching the brackets.
