Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not experienced that issue. The TV has been pretty fantastic aside from some issues loaded the Paramount app. Smarthings is a bit of a nuisance but the TV itself has performed well. I know most smart TV's performance hinges on updated firmware. Might want to start there or initiate a service call. Hope this helps.
