“I want to mount my 75" frame Tv vertically, can I mount it with the included slim fit wall mount? or do I need another wall mount. It will be permanently mounted this way.”

NeilBay - The 75" Frame TV does not support Vertical/Portrait Mode. The 43" Frame TV features out-of-box Portrait support; the 50 - 65" Frame TVs can support this when attached to an Auto-Rotating Wall Mount or Stand. ~ Samsung Specialist
