A:Answerseems like it!
I’m beyond frustrated. My first Samsung tv purchase ever. I bought 85” the frame tv 2022 model. 1st tv horrible backlight bleeding from day 1 installed by Geek squad from best buy. Replaced that: second brand new tv: same issue! Right from the get go. Again installed professionally. Now i’m currently waiting on a 3rd new replacement. The clouding is so bad it’s unacceptable! My 10 year old sony LED bravia doesn’t even do that. How is this tv allowed to be on market? I’ve tried all the recommended settings suggested here and by other techs: nothing works. For the record a brand new tv that costs over 6k shouldn’t require all these special settings just so you can watch in the dark: this isn’t the 1960s.
I will be creating a special blog and post for all my social media platforms to bring this issue awareness so NO ONE purchases this terrible product if best buy or samsung can’t resolve this issue.
A:Answeranit - The Frame TV comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Modern Brown, Modern Teak, and Modern White. ^Gina
A:AnswerHi Nic! The Frame TV comes with our Slim Fit Wall Mount for mounting flush to the wall. However, if you want to mount it on a different type of mount, you sure can! The type used will depend on your preference; if you prefer the mount stationary, we recommend using a fixed mount or the Slim Fit mount included. If you prefer the mount to move, take a look at tilting or full motion mounts. The 75" Frame TV can use any universal wall mount with a VESA Pattern of 400mm x 400mm. ^Gina
A:AnswerAGUIAR - The Frame TV includes approximately 20 pieces of preloaded artwork; you’ll need to subscribe to the Art Store for additional artwork options. You can also upload your own photos via a USB drive or the SmartThings app on your phone.

A:AnswerHi Will1972 - The One Connect Box uses an RF signal and can absolutely be hidden from the remote's line of sight. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerNeilBay - The 75" Frame TV does not support Vertical/Portrait Mode. The 43" Frame TV features out-of-box Portrait support; the 50 - 65" Frame TVs can support this when attached to an Auto-Rotating Wall Mount or Stand.

A:AnswerTheGamer - The Frame TV is designed to withstand prolong display of art and photos and are not prone to screen burn out issues as other TVs. Motion sensors are embedded to display photos only when it detects someone in the room, otherwise the TV will move to standby mode. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.
