Does it have a spectrum ready app? null

My question is about the Samsung soundbar that I purchased at the same time as my TV for some reason the sound does not match the mouth movements on the television I called the 800 number Samsung to see if they could help me adjust it but I got somebody who didn't speak our language or had a foreign language accent and I could not understand them so I did not resolve the problem I need to have that resolve by somebody who can communicate with me the same way I can communicate with them I'm sorry to say that but that's what I need
