- Answer Hi You do not necessarily need a soundbar for the U8000F as it has 20-Watt 2 Channel speakers and features OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) to provide you with 3D surround sound that follows the movement on screen by using our incredible virtual top channel audio, putting you right in the middle of the action. - Answer According to your own customer service it’s only 2gb. This should be included in specs as it’s not enough to run smoothly. Your previous model I assumed was an aberration but if this is how you put out models and then you refuse to support them. That’s a problem. If your customer service is wrong please advise. But otherwise answer the question in public and stand by your products. As a 20 year Samsung tv holder I am very disappointed.

- Answer I don’t think the screen delicate. My wife and I moved the tv together into our bedroom carrying it, and tried not to but occasionally touched the screen. And we’ve been moving it to get behind it, it’s very durable.
