“Does this TV have the new HDMI 2.0 inputs? And does BestBuy sell the HDMI 2.0 cable? The specs on the TV say that the motion rate or refresh rate is 240 but all the HDMI cables I see listed on bestbuy.com are only rated for up to 120.”

Yes this TV has a quick connect for the hdmi cables. Best buy does carry the 4k cables for the 240 Mr. 4k to 8k
