• It's #4. But I don't know what it's suppose to do? A beauty of a TV. Terrible e-manual.

• The one that says 4 (ARC) ARC - Audio Return Channel allows audio signals to return from your TV back to an Audio Receiver that is ARC compatible and will amplify the signal to your external speakers. This is convenient with Smart TV's which in general have mediocre internal speakers and do not provide good sound when watching movies etc.

• ARC stands for audio return channel. it is designed to transmit audio through your surround sound receiver into your t.v. and also the other way around if you have a cable box or video game system hooked up.
