• The television has average sound, nothing more. I did buy a Visio 5.1 surround bar system that absolutely makes a difference. Therefore, yes, I do recommend that you get a Sound Bar System for this TV. You will definitely appreciate it more.

• Honestly I set up a surround sound with it day one, I would say for a tv this big why not I used the sonos sound bar on that and other tvs on my property and couldn’t be happier
